Pava leads the business development initiatives for Sage Communications. A seasoned marketing and sales professional, Pava leverages her 25 years of expertise on behalf of Sage's clients to provide high level marketing strategy and sound solutions to their specific corporate, marketing and sales challenges.

Pave's hands-on approach, marketing expertise and in-depth experience was honed by serving companies focused on the public sector, associations and non-profits, financial services, technology, and professional services firms. She has worked on a variety of integrated campaigns and programs in naming, branding, online, print, Web 2.0 and social networking, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, tradeshows, and sales outreach.

Over the course of her career, she has supervised account teams and campaigns for such successful, well-known corporate brands as: AOL, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank of America, Citibank, Microsoft Government Solutions, SAIC, Eastman Chemical, and General Electric. She has also developed and deployed attendee and exhibitor marketing strategies for some of the top associations in the country including: National Association of Home Builders, Packaging Machinery Manufacturers International, and Food Marketing Institute. A skilled writer, she has been hands-on in the creation and development of collateral literature for government agencies that include: the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and the Federal Communications Commission.

Her recent public speaking engagements on government marketing have addressed audiences for the Virginia Economic Development Authority; Council for Excellence in Government; and the Canadian Embassy. She heads the fundraising committee and volunteers with her youngest son's Boy Scout troop, her oldest son is away at UVA, and she resides in Great Falls with her husband of more than 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
