Sage Communications Acquires Virtual Marketing
MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sage Communications, the leading public sector marketing and public relations agency in the Washington, D.C. metro region, announced today the acquisition of Virtual Marketing, LLC, a boutique marketing agency specializing in marketing expertise to the government for technology and professional services clients with a special emphasis on channel marketing initiatives. The move marks a strategic investment in support of the company’s long-term growth goals and elevates the capabilities and services the company provides to its public sector clientele with traditional marketing, analytics, research and innovative proprietary tools.

Virtual Marketing’s Stephanie Geiger, Vice President of Operations and Marketing Coordinator, Lindsay Robb will also join the Sage Communications team. Government Marketing University (GMarkU), which is associated with Virtual Marketing, will remain independent outside of this acquisition.
